Revised Maintenance Charges — Effective August 2026

As resolved in the SGBM held on 12th July 2026, maintenance charges have been revised to ₹2.50 per sq. ft. till further notice with effect from August 2026. The revised schedule is available under Documents.

Kindly arrange payment at the earliest to avoid penalty interest. Owners with outstanding dues from previous quarters are requested to clear the same immediately.
